With this meal subscription, you will get a portion controlled meal that includes the basic elements for a healthy diet. We keep the carbs low for each meal while the proteins have been carefully cooked to retain a moderate amount of the good fats. You can expect to lose upto 2 kgs with this plan! Just remember to control your daily calorie intake between 1400 - 1800 kcal spread over 3 - 5 meals.
Breakfast and lunch will be delivered together. Dinner will be delivered separately. Please select your delivery timings in the options below.
Incase you want to cancel your meal for the day, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours prior delivery time. Cancellations emailed post 24 hours will not be considered.
