WEEKLY SALAD LUNCH MEAL PLAN
Our Weekly Salad Lunch plan is an easy subscription to get you started. While you're at office or at home, our salads are the perfect way to start the fat burning process without making you sacrifice one ounce of taste or flavour.
The other great thing about salads, especially ours, very little carbs. They have the good fats of course (unsaturated fats), but the bad fats (saturated fats) which increases your cholesterol levels never come near our food so eat to your hearts content without worrying about your waistline.
If you want to get really serious about losing weight, we suggest having about 3 - 5 meals a day but limiting the calories to between 1,000 - 1,300 KCAL each day. Do that, and you'll see real weight loss results with our meals plans in 30 days.
Incase you want to cancel your meal for the day, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours prior delivery time. Cancellations emailed post 24 hours will not be considered.
Refunds for cancellation on the full pack will not be issued. Please refer to our refund policy.
