Just a quick note on our salads, very little carbs! But you already knew that didn't you? They're a good source of unsaturated fats (they're the good kind) and have no saturated fats (the bad kind) so eat up and don't worry about your waistline.
By the way, since you're just getting started with your weight loss goals, we suggest having about 3 - 5 meals a day but limiting the calories to between 1,000 - 1,300 kcal each day.
