Just a quick note on our salads, very little carbs! But you already knew that didn't you? They're a good source of unsaturated fats (they're the good kind) and have no saturated fats (the bad kind) so eat up and don't worry about your waistline.

By the way, since you seem to be really serious about losing weight, we suggest having about 3 - 5 meals a day but limiting the calories to between 1,000 - 1,300 kcal each day. Now go ahead, add your protein, choose your delivery days and hit add to cart.
