Our carefully measured and controlled portions of carbs, proteins and fats presented in the form of mouth watering salads or hot main courses will force your body to burn the fat and get you lean and fit the healthy way. At the end of the month, expect to lose 2 kgs to 3 kgs.
By the end of the first week, you'll feel tired but don't worry, that's normal because your body is dealing with a sudden drop in calories. However, you will feel a lot less bloated and that’s going to make you smile! Push through it and at the end of your plan, you'll be leaner, have a better digestion, and better skin. If you want to get even more serious, keep your calorie intake between 1,000 - 1,500 kcal a day.
